          Our Booking Policy

          We have busy studios with limited spaces per class and Personal Training availability. In order to secure a place in your favourite class we recommend booking in advance and entering the wait list for fully booked classes. You may request a space in a class upon arrival however this will be subject to availability. In order secure your space and avoid disappointment we require payment in advance for all bookings. You may enter the wait list if you do not hold a valid package however this will not guarantee your space.

          Our Payment Policy

          In order to secure your session, it must be paid for in advance. If you do not hold a valid package you may enter our wait list prior to completing payment, you will then have 24 hours to complete your payment otherwise you will be removed from the wait list. To ensure that you are able to book your favourite classes we suggest that you purchase a class package which can be used to secure your bookings. Should you late cancel or no show for your scheduled session you will still be charged for the session.

          Late Arrivals

          For your safety we have a strict no latecomers policy for all classes. We suggest that you plan to arrive to your session at least 10-minutes prior to its’ scheduled start time. If you have not arrived at the studio by the start time of your scheduled class and the class is fully booked, the studio reserves the right to offer your place to a waiting client. We are committed to providing high quality classes
          and this means not disrupting the flow of a class once it has commenced. As places in our classes are limited, should you arrive late for your scheduled class you will still be charged for the session.

           

          Should you arrive late for a Personal Training session you may still undertake the session however it will finish at the scheduled completion time.

          Cancellations and Rescheduling

          Please know that our classes and Personal Trainings are in high demand and if you are unable to attend your scheduled session it is required that you cancel or reschedule the session prior to our late cancelation period to allow for somebody else to book your space. Our late cancellation period for classes is 6 hours prior to the start time of the session, for PT’s is 24 hours prior to the start time of the session. Should you cancel or reschedule within this timeframe or no-show you will be charged for the session.

          Our No-Show Policy

          We have a strict no-show policy at our studio. Should you no-show to a scheduled session you will be charged for that session. Should you no-show for three sessions within a one-month period your account will be blocked, and you will be unable to book into any further sessions until approval is provided by management.

          Class Wait-List

          To assist you with gaining access to your favourite class, we have a wait list available once our classes are full. By entering onto the wait list, you agree that should a place become available in the class, the first person on the wait list will automatically be entered into that class. Please keep in mind that should you be unable to attend a class you are wait listed for, you should cancel your space on the wait list to avoid paying a cancellation fee should you be enrolled to that class. We do not take responsibility should you miss the notification that you have been added into a class you were wait listed for. For your convenience you will not be entered to a class from the wait list within 90-minutes of its’ start time.

          Refunds

          All sales are final and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expired unused sessions on packages will not be refunded.

          Our Hygiene Policy

          For your health and hygiene, we have a strict no bare feet policy during any of our sessions. We recommend wearing non-slip grippy socks for your session, we have these available for hire or purchase at the studio. For our Reformed Barre class you will be required to wear non-grip socks or ballet flats. At the completion of each class you will be asked to wipe down equipment used with our natural cleansing spray.
