        • Angela Giannopoulou

          – Studio Manager

          – Pilates Instructor

           

          Angela is an exercise physiologist holding a Masters of Science (Kinesiology), Bachelor of Science (Sports Science and Physical Education) and is a Pilates Instructor certified with the PMA (Pilates Method Alliance), Yoga Teacher certified by YA (Yoga Alliance) and Latin and Ballroom Dance Teacher certified by IDTA (International Dance Teachers' Association).


          She is passionate about movement and promoting body and mind wellness, fitness and health to her clients. She has worked with a broad range of clients including elite athletes, cancer survivors and limb amputees and specializes in guiding clients with motivation and compassion towards their goals. Her energy and enthusiasm for movement shine through in her classes whilst bringing a precision and attention to detail to her training’s.

        • Aga Niestoj

          - Pilates Instructor

           

          Aga is a certified pilates instructor and massage therapist from Poland. She is a fitness instructor for 8 years mainly specialising in the pilates method (Mat, Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Barrels, Arc).
           
          She is also focusing on functional training sessions for clients who are preparing for sports events or are in rehabilitation after injury. She gained her experience working with athletes in sports, tennis and football clubs. Aga, also worked in a physiotherapy centre , in Pilates Studios and fitness clubs.

           

          She has been training as an amateur boxer for 4 years. Which has helped her to discipline herself as well as improving her to be more patient, determined and committed.

           

          Personality wise she is cheerful and likes to enjoy life to the fullest. Her work is her passion which is why seeing clients progress gives her the biggest satisfaction and greatest acknowledgement of what she has to offer.

        • Elena Kanellopoulou

          - Pilates Instructor

           

          Elena started her sports career since she was 3 years old in Greece, where she is originally from. After graduating her degree in Sport Science, she completed two masters, one in Exercise Physiology and Sport Psychology and the second in Sport Management.

           

          Elena was a Taekwondo athlete for 20 years, joining the Greek national team with much of success. She was forced to quit her career due to a lower back injury, leading her to the pilates method, which she fell in love from the first moment. Her passion led her to the center of Pilates Education in New York, where she graduated from as a pilates instructor.

           

          The past seven years she has been teaching pilates and functional training, specializing in clients with chronicle diseases, cancer and low back problems. Additionally, she has experience with volleyball, basketball and taekwondo players. Her discipline, focus and detail to the movement shine in her classes, thus she believes that health and safety are above all.

           

           

           

        • Leyla Unsal

          - Pilates Instructor

           

          Leyla is a certified pilates instructor and personal trainer from Turkey. She has a bachelor’s degree in Management and has 10 years experience of competing in showjumping, when she stopped competing she decided to step into the fitness industry in order to continue with her dynamic lifestyle.

           

          She specializes in teaching mat, reformer and cadillac pilates and functional training.

          She is a true believer that correct form is key for the effectiveness of a workout and focuses widely on this during her sessions as well as challenging you to push yourself to your limits. Quality over quantity is essential during training. Leyla is passionate about a healthy and active lifestyle and believes that sustainability is key.

           

           

           

           

        • Wesam Said

          - Pilates Instructor

           

          Wesam's passion for fitness and music started at a young age. With a background in musical theatre, Wesam has always been passionate about movement and expression through music and dance. After obtaining her bachelor's degree in Business Administration, she decided to bring movement and music back into her life by diving into the indoor cycling world, until she fully embraced being a trainer.

           

          Wesam started her pilates journey through practise and training, which brought a balance to her cardio driven regimen! After seeing dramatic results in her form and posture, she decided to take on this journey further by becoming a certified trainer by Stott Pilates.

           

          In her reformer classes Wesam likes to create a fun energetic environment in an effective way that helps people reach their full potential while understanding and being mindful of their body's connection to breath.

           

        • Sofia Nikolaidou

          - Pilates Instructor

           

          Sofia discovered pilates after a bad tendon injury in her ankle which made her unable to walk for long time. It was a challenge for her during her rehabilitation and great concetration practice, which made her passionate about pilates. Sofia has completed BSc degrees in Human Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics.

           

          She has had numerous trainings with various Pilates Master Trainers, thus she developed a diverse repertoire with a balanced approach to meet the needs of each unique client. Specialized in rehabilitation for runners and chronic back pain, Sofia is dedicated to pilates as she loves training the full body in detail enhancing the muscle growth.
