Encore Pilates is a bright, clean and holistic Reformer Pilates studio with two locations in Doha, Qatar. You can find Encore's studios at The Pearl & at The Gate.
Reformer Pilates helps clients to build stronger, longer, healthier bodies and Encore is the first studio of its kind in Qatar. We offer a unique blend of group fitness classes and personal training designed around the core principles of Pilates which provide safe, highly effective, and never boring class options for all fitness levels.

It is my first session, what do I do?
After signing up you would have been emailed our Studio Policies, Physical Activity Readiness form and Waiver and Release of Liability. Please print and complete these forms and bring them with you to your first session. We have copies of these forms at reception should you forget to bring them, but please allow an extra 10-minutes prior to class for this. For your safety, you will not be permitted to attend any session until these forms are completed. read more
How often should I attend classes?
Joseph Pilates is quoted as saying of the technique “In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you'll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you'll have a whole new body”. Pilates is a technique which requires focus and precision in movement, and this can take some time to develop. At first progress may seem slow, as you build on your awareness and the foundations of Pilates, once you have this you will really start to see results! We recommend you attend classes at least 3 times per week in order to fully develop the foundation skills required and then to build momentum and to see and maintain results.
What do I need to bring to class?
For hygiene purposes we have a strict no bare feet policy during any of our sessions. It is recommended that you wear non-slip grippy socks which are available for purchase or for hire at reception. If you are attending our Reformed Barre class, then you should wear non-grip socks or ballet flats.
Water is available for purchase at reception or else you may refill your own bottle at our water station. Towels are available to use free of charge. Hair should be tied back away from the moving parts of the equipment. While we have foam blocks available for use with washable covers, you are welcome to bring your own.
There is no need to bring a yoga mat for any of our classes.
